Everything was amazing as a part of planning this birthday party. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I loved not having to have the headache of setting up the party. It was awesome having someone do everything for me, so I was able to enjoy my daughters’ birthday party.

It was hard to get any one to call me back to actually schedule a birthday party. I opted to go up there in person. It was packed so I KIND OF understood why my phone calls weren't returned. After actually getting the event scheduled it was perfect. We had Ashlyn as our party assistant and she was AMAZING!! So sweet, so patient, and just very thorough with explaining the rules and being helpful. This was literally the first stress free birthday I have planned and I've been doing them for 9 yrs. Thank you sky zone for everything you did to help my youngest child have a fantastic birthday!!!!

Our hostess was the sweetest! She made everything smooth sailing for us and the kids had a blast! I didn’t have to lift a finger.

The kids had a great time. So if they are happy so am I. The only issue I had was in the dodgeball area. Their was a kid being very aggressive throwing the ball hard and hitting younger kids in the face. I took my group of kids out after two of them were hit too hard and nothing was done about it. I said to the staff member the kid was too rough but he didn’t acknowledge me. It was time to go to the party room so I let it go.

The employees were very friendly and knowledgable. I loved how organized everything was for our party from the moment we arrived. The quality and the prices for the food was superb!

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to meet and exceed our needs. The birthday party was a breeze.. reasonable cost/clean equipment/ friendly staff from Madison setting up the party, the front staff the day of the party, to Austin hosting the party! Austin went out of his way to make sure everything was the way we wanted it and we had all we needed and a great time!

Our party person remembered each of the kids names and remained engaged with them the whole time they were in the party room as well as entertaining them while waiting for their jump time to start. He was simply amazing with the kids.

Great value for the price for my son's 16th birthday party. He and his friends had a blast! Our party helper was awesome!
