Employees took care of our room needs in the party room.

I was highly satisfied because my daughter and friends had so much fun also our party host always asked us if we needed anything constantly and took care of all our stuff! Only problem was at beginning not getting everyone checked in with our free jumpers

The staff called and texted with me prior to the party promptly. The check in was easy and fast and they brought all our hats and shoes and presents and cake up to the room. They helped set up our room and serve our cake. They brought everything down at the end on carts.

Safe clean place had a great time friendly staff would highly recommend this to other families.very organized bathroom were s very clean

My host was very respectful and helpful she help me and made sure me and my party was good.

My daughter had a great time at her birthday party. I was pleased with the measures taken for Covid prevention. It was not crowded at all, and the staff was great.

The workers are so kind. The children enjoyed playing on all of the fun equipment. The food and cleaning were amazing. We and all of the guests loved it a lot

The people who helped me throughout the process were wonderful. The pricing aligned with the ease of use. And our son, his friends and their parents all had a great time.

Only 3 out of 12 guests showed for the dual bday and none for my son. Your staff jumped in to save the day and ease the sad memory. I cannot thank you enough for that or for the credit the Op Mgr gave me at the end. It was all truly overwhelming.
