We got there to check in the party early and they let us start early instead of hanging around that 30 minutes befreohand.

We had a birthday party with 10 kids, had to buy an extra pizza. Should consider most teenagers eat more than 1 slice of pizza, felt the cost of extra pizza was a bit extreme. I was under the impression there would be 2 slices for each attendee but may have miss understood this when setting up the party. The only issues were: unable to change the channel on the TV in the party room (boys wanted to watch the basketball game, but only could get Nick at Nite) and when trying to settle the bill at the end of the night, there was an issue with the computer which took some time and multiple people to figure out. Overall, the staff was all extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. Bad weather kept the park at a minimal of other guests, but the staff did not make us feel as though we were keeping them from leaving. Allowed our party to continue to "jump" during our room time, which was unexpected but the kids definitely enjoyed the extra time.

The birthday party was great, the host was helpful but disappeared during check in as our guests were arriving. My biggest issue was not knowing that masks were not required. I was blind-sided when we walked in to see so many parents and kids without them. I would not have booked a party here had I known this ahead of time. It was way too crowded to be able to social distance regardless. Please make it more visible on the website or when booking a party.

Mainly in issues with waiver completion. I had completed them for myself & four children prior to arrival for check in, yet for whatever reason when I arrived only 2 out of the 5 of us were showing as waiver completed. I then proceeded to fill waivers out via online & yet again was having difficulty for 3 more rounds of issues. Finally however, an employee whom also happened to be our party hostess got the waivers pulled up completed & things went smoothly after this. Slight pricing adjustment towards end of evening for final pay out party balance. A manager was on hand to help & figure things out ending the evening well & greatly appreciated with our epic glow birthday party experience!

My package was suppose to include a swag bag for the birthday girl and I asked many times and they said no. It was also so dark we couldn’t see to eat. Would’ve been nice to have an area that was light during the glow jump eat and open presents

The check in was too slow, people were not in line, there was no employee there to direct people where to stand and wait in line

While my party host was great, setting up the party was a difficult process. I was unable to book online or over the phone so I had to visiting the location. Then confirming the party was an issue as I could not get anyone on the phone. And some of the staff were not very knowledgeable throughout the process.

Took forever at sky climb because was only 1 person & she was new.

The staff did not seem to really pay attention to the trampoline areas/# of kids jumping into certain areas. The climbing area was understaffed and the staff working the area were rude. The wait time was too long. The arcade games were too expensive and many didn't work properly.
