I was really satisfied with the help from the party host. I was able to enjoy myself as a parent while my kids and the other kid’s had fun. Also I didn’t feel rushed with the time I had there.

Easy set up, easy check in, amazing time and communication. My daughter (just turned 4) told me she had the best time ever! Overall great party and family time.

Kids were okay jumping I was just a little scared with the covid and kids running to get to another play area kept bumping into people but over all its nice

I had Zach as my party host, he was very friendly and helpful, despite being busy he made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The one girl not sure of her name she was at the front counter she was very helpful too when we went down to ask for drinks and anything else we needed. I am definitely looking forward to visiting again.

We had Devin as our host for a birthday party. Devin was on top of all aspects of the party I as the parent was able to relax and enjoy the children instead of running around setting up the party. The only concern I had was there isn't any way of making sure kids get to the right parent and when you are watching 13 kids I was a little worried. All the kids had a great time

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff and fun for all! Areas to improve: Prompt timing for party food but overall the party host was VERY helpful and hands-on. Concerns: toddlers can easily hide or burry themselves in the with foam squares. The person watching that area needs to be very mindful of that. Also the bounce house area was wonderful but again, toddlers can get stuck between the different folds of rubber and parents need to be reminded to watch the children diligently.

It was a great party! Very easy to book. My only complaint would be the lack of communication. I had to call back to confirm our characters and timing for party, etc, and when I called a few days before the party they didn't even have the info about characters in the notes. So glad I called! Other than that, everything was great.

The young lady who helped us with our party was very attentive. Gentlemen that checked us in was fast and helpful. All staff nice and friendly.

My little boy was very sad because his party guest never showed up. The entire staff went out of their way to cheer him up and celebrate his birthday with him.
