Armani was the gentleman who handled our group, and he was excellent with the children, as well as extremely attentive and made sure we had drink refills in a timely manner. He went above and beyond with our group! The room was clean when we arrived, and the children had an incredible time with an easy check in. My only criticism would be to have the differences between party options explained a little more regarding a room attendant's roles. Otherwise, we were extremely happy! Skyzone made it easy and took out the stress of having a birthday party of mostly 3 and 4 year olds. Thank you!

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful every step of the way. Well organized,clean and I felt comfortable having guests there. The time in the party was way too long though. I was not aware they would not be able to jump anymore. Check in time was confusing bc it said to tell guests to come 15 min early and it’s not clear that the window is built in to the time slot. Overall Great party, great staff

We celebrated our son's 10th birthday party, he had a blast with his friends. This place was well equipped to host all the age kids. We loved the host, she hosted the event very well and very helpful.

The party was easily planned and the staff communicated very well. The kids had so much fun. We will definitely be back for more birthday parties and just to jump ourselves.
