Hostess, Kristina Gonzalez, was awesome, quick, friendly and very sweet with the party group. The bathrooms were cleaned and overall experience was amazing!

It was easy to book. Everything was done for me. My daughter enjoyed her birthday experience very much.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. All of our gifts and food were taken care of, all we had to do was nust show up.

Clean , nice playing area, safe . Kids had lots of fun during the time spent at the place . The party was very easy to do ,the girl assisted us very well

We felt really rushed. I feel they should time the party room but the jump time should be unlimited because the kids jumped first it was hard getting them upstairs to do the rest on the party. The party host wasn't that helpful. She was nice but majority of the hosting was on me...

It’s not really a big deal but we preordered goodie bag and where told once we got there they didn’t have water bottles for the bags which is the main item in the bag. If I would have known I would have made my own. Like I said before, no big deal just a little bummed.

Rude, disrespectful children unaccompanied by adults. Was told they were pass members and the ‘preachers son’.

Just a few matters after the fact. The receipt was slightly confusing in the way it was presented, made it look like we'd paid more than we actually did. While it was resolved, the party host had forgotten the goodie bottles for our guests. I have those now and this has been resolved. Some consideration for situational awareness would be great, the rules of a zone were enforced on us specifically and we were made to separate while we were trying to engage with one of our younger party guests who was new to the activity. Other than these things the party was great, the activities were great, the crowd could have been less to deal with but there was nothing anyone could do about that.

I was quoted a price of $32/child with a minimum of 10. I added 2 pizzas and a $20 tip. The total was over $400 and took all the money I had.
