Our Party host Chris Brown was most helpful. My sin and his friends had a wonderful time. I did not have to clean anything up

Christina was our party host and she was absolutely AMAZING! We all loved having her around. She was checking up on all the kids on the floor while they jumped and checking up upstairs in the party room. She was so friendly and super sweet. She made it so special for us. We are definitely planning on another birthday party and asking for her to host our party again. She is best of the best. We had such a great time. It was so worth it doing any event at this Sky Zone. So much fun! Everyone there was also very friendly. Nothing to complain about. My son had the best birthday at Sky Zone.

The communication from the emails to the phone call attempts (I missed the calls but got messages) to the check in hostess, it was exceptional. There was apparent care to make sure everything was enjoyable. The equipment looked, smelled, and appeared clean and sanitized. Our hostess, Christina, was hands down, what really made the experience exceptional. She was accommodating and helpful. We really appreciated her. The kids had a great time and it was a stress free time.

Our birthday party concierge’s that helped us in the party room was excellent and attentive. The kids really loved their glow shirts and having the ability to go upstairs and get drinks and snacks at any time. I loves that all the supplies were available that we needed: plates, cups, even scissors-were thought ahead of time and in the drawers for us. There was plenty of space for our party in our party room. We also had privacy for our own guests. I couldn’t of been more happy with this venue. The kids had a blast. I highly recommend this place!

The only complaint that I would have it in the party room to ask the family if the would want soda for the beverage or juice. My children are not allowed to have soda but luckily we brought our own juice and the team member provided plenty of water and didn’t bring in soda as requested. Everything went smoothly and we had a blast.

The birthday party was great to have. They pretty much did everything for us. It was really a relief.
