Jen was wonderful in the party room. Everything was was well organized. The room was clean. The kids had a good time with no problems arising. Jen deserves a gold star for running the party so well for us.

The staff at check in was polite and helpful to our guest. Love the new additions upgrades to the park and my daughters party was PERFECT thanks to Jada and staff.

The ease of booking my sons Birthday Party online. They called to follow up with me a week or 2 before to go over and solidify details. The ease of checking in when we got there was excellent. And the girl who was in the party room with us serving pizza, refilling drinks, handing out cupcakes was top notch. Very polite and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed

Ease of party- enjoyed having food & cake provided. Pizza was very good and so was cake. Beverages were refilled often. Staff was helpful.

All of the kids had a wonderful time. I so wish that the jump time was longer. We didn’t need as much “party time”

I was very happy someone was in the birthday room taking care of the food I wasnt expecting that but I loved being able to visit with family and watch the kids have fun and not have to worry about where the pizza was and who was getting it plated

They told me to to be there for 5 for a 530 party to check in. We didn’t get to jump until 530 tho. We could have came for 515 and been fine. I don’t like that adults cannot use the party room until a half hour before the party ends.

The staff member who took care of our birthday party was kind, attentive, and organized. She made it very easy for us and all of the guests felt comfortable and had a great time. I also love the process for the beginning of the party (loading cake, gifts, and sneakers onto a cart)- very efficient. Thank you!
