Thank you guys for being so accommodating for the birthday party, and making my little man say " This was the best party ever mom!" The rest of the parents were thankful for the quiet rides home :)

The staff was extremely helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy the customer service aspect of their job. You don’t find many places With workers happy to be helpIng with 6 yr old birthdays. Our son had a blast and the employees made it easy to want to come back.

Employees were very friendly, attentive, and happy to answer questions. We had an issue with the pizza delivery but that was on Papa John’s pizza’s end. The delivery was supposed to be 2 and ended up not arriving until almost 3. The young man that was helping with our party was very patient and understanding.

The party and jump area were very clean. The staff was very friendly. The party was relatively easy to book.

My daughter really enjoyed her birthday party. The staff was great and very friendly. Definitely would recommend to a friend. Thank you

Eric S. assisted us during our son’s birthday party and he was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and we liked the size of the room for the birthday party.

Party host was amazing. She made everything very easy for me with 10+ 5 year olds. She deserves a raise

I was very impressed with the birthday party details. It was extremely organized, and I loved that two Skyzone employees not only got the party going, organized the gifts, etc., but they also played with the kids. They were involved from start to finish. Although, I felt $300 was quite a bit, I was impressed with how well the party was taken care of. The only slight hiccup was I was unaware after paying $300 that I would also have to tip the employees. I was a bit startled by that because I was not expecting it. Overall, it was great, though.

Huge shout out to ERIN, our party team member. She was AMAZING and my girls (who had a joint birthday party) were both talking about Miss Erin after their party. She truly made the day much easier on mom and dad and much more special for the kids!!
