Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly and eager to help with any questions. I loved that it wasn't overly packed.

Kids were busy the entire time. Price for event was reasonable. Made party stress free for me.

although I wish we could have had the party room during our jump time, because our party guests were so thirsty, it was an overall success. Our Skyzone host was so helpful while in our room with setup and cleanup it, as the mom it made my life so easy so I could enjoy the event with the kids. We were also told that the pizza were a large size, which they were not, they were very small, luckily we ordered extra but if we would have gone with 3 that wouldn’t have been enough.

Was a great time had by everyone. My son loved the birthday party we had for him. The birthday host assigned to the party was amazing.

Lexi and Santa we’re catering the party they did a very Good job and they were very respectful helping help everybody clean and they were very polite to all the people that were attending the birthday party they are super terrific people that helped out a lot and would recommend them to the other party that will be signing up soon for a birthday party

The host was amazing. I wish I would have got his name. I turned around to see him helping a distressed child put his shoes on. The child was extremely agitated and he went above and beyond to help him. On top of it, great service.

The manager and host went above and beyond. They were all super friendly and helpful and kind. They went above and beyond the manager even put on a unicorn costume and made my daughters 5th Birthday so magical thank you for hiring such a caring manager to run the shelby twp location. Truly above and beyond. ( ps. The staff on4/29/19 totally made the not so tasty pizza not an issue) they were wonderful I could continue to brag about this staff making my daughter day
