Everyone was very present and amazing. Emily (our party assistant) went above and beyond at every opportunity. It was the perfect way to celebrate my wife’s 40th with all our family and was a great experience for all our nieces and nephews!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids had a fun and memorable birthday party.

First time I ever got to enjoy my child's party, we actually got to play and be in the moment! Staff came to notify us when to transition to the party room, so I didn't have to constantly watch the time. Ice was given for injuries and incident report was taken by general manager; she was very professional and personable, while assisting our guest!

The only thing, it was too hot inside. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Bri, my party host, was there the entire time to answer questions, fill drink pitchers, & clean up as we needed. She was very nice & attentive. We love to come and bounce. The pizza was delicious. My only wish is that the party package was pay for only the amount that actually arrived & bounced. Obviously I agreed to pay it anyways, but I had to pay for a minimum of 18 bouncers & only about 12 bouncers came. So basically I wasted over $100. If I had picked the medium party with a smaller minimum, & paid for additional bounce time, it would have been roughly the same price. Just wish the packages were a little more flexible.

The kids had a blast and our party hostess,EMILY, was awesome. The party was great. That being said, the concession wait was too long. It might be helpful if you have two cash registers and two microwaves. Well be back!

I did like the pizza size , before they use to be to small and didn’t taste good , the manager was very nice and the girl that served us , don’t remember the name today but it was in feb 6 time 4.30 pm and bday boy his name was Joey , we had a party of 13 ppl , welcome back

Bella was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and helpful throughout our time in the party room. I believe the managers name was Stephanie. She was also very nice and made sure if I needed anything not to hesitate to ask. Overall very happy with how everything went from start to finish. Will definitely be back.
