I never had a birthday hosted at Skyzone before. I thought I would have to decorate the room myself and be inc charge of everything. I was utterly shocked at how easy it was to check in, hand my decorations to the staff, and they did ALL the decorating & food & cake serving to the kids. They were so professional & nice. I didn't have to do anything. It was worth every single penny to host my daughters party here. I actually got to relax & watch the kids have fun.

Friendliness of staff, availability to reschedule party in case of a snowstorm, attentiveness of staff to my guests

I was satisfied with everything except in the party room. I don't think the party host was very knowledgeable. I had to ask when were we going to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter? We had only about 10 mins left when I asked her this question. I don't feel she took charge as well as she should have. She was very pleasant, but for my first time there, made me rethink doing the party again. Maybe she was new and just nervous.

Rules were a bit too strict. A baby (4 months old) in our group was not allowed to have his feet on the floor while his father held him, because he didn’t have sky zone socks on. He can’t walk yet, let alone jump. Also other instances where the rules seemed a bit much

Hostess Brooke was wonderful but she didn't put the gift bags out, so they were forgotten and I remembered them after a few people already left. Besides that she was fantastic!

I think the price for the party considering they only get 1 hour to jump and 40 minutes to eat was very expensive. Typically parties are at least 2 hours total. I feel like it's overbooked and rushed, we couldn't get to the party room for at least 40 minutes after the party started. Also, we were not fans of the pizza at all and dissatisfied that you cannot bring anything in but a cake. You should be able to have the option of bringing in whatever you want, even your own food.

The hour jumping was fine. But the 40 min party room time was not. Expecting a group of 11 toddlers to eat and have cake in 40 min is ridiculous. And if you do expect that then your party assistant better be efficient which she wasn't. Plates were set out for toddlers only even though toddlers are obviously accompanied by an adult. So 15 min was wasted waiting for pizza to be served. Then I had to go ask for a cake knife with 10 min left. That should have been given right after pizza was served. With toddlers you have to keep things moving especially with limited time.

It was expensive in my opinion - all of the kids had a great time though, so it was worth it, but it was almost $400 for a 16 kid birthday party.
