Everyone was very friendly. If we had a question it was answered. It was a really good first time experience there. Everyone that was with us had a really good time.

I didn’t take a lot of work to plan the party. I was very surprised I didn’t have to set up the party room, that was a big help. I thought I would have to set it up after jumping so going upstairs and seeing it done was a lovely surprise.

My party assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. Pizza was good. It was great that we had use of one of the jump areas solely for the party attendees.

Party hostess was phenomenal. Check in process was very smooth. Kids had an awesome experience.

Our host was absolutely amazing, she was very helpful and answered all questions. She was very professional and very attentive to our concerns during our time there. My son was very excited overall we had a great experience

The ease of setting up a party and my host, Mackenzie, was awesome. The kids had a great time and the area set up for parents were great. The cleanliness of the building was great too.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They were always there when needed and made the experience super easy and fun. All the kids in the party had a blast. We will be back.

It was very very clean. The price was high. We had a great night but I wish there was more of a discount on parties it really is expensive

Party host was phenomenal from beginning to end, including booking the party over the phone. Facility was clean & more than enough and sanitizing stations were available. Staff is great with the kids.
