VERY nice and clean.enjoyed the day

Everyone was friendly and it was clean and my kids enjoyed themselves

The other adults and I did A LOT of the serving and clean up ourselves...wasn't happy that things weren't cleared off the table for my son to open his gifts. No trash can was brought close to throw away wrapping paper. She didn't come get us to go to party room...I gathered up group. Also, a half hour at the beginning is WAY TOO much time for check in. Everyone was there and checked in by 12:05 and we couldn't jump until 12:30. The kids didn't want to play water bottle bowling...they wanted to jump. Overall, it was a fun day for my son but definitely room for improvement.

There was no “briefing” of party parents or jumpers on what to expect and the rules. They were just let loose. Check in people were friendly, but weren’t clear about the details like buckets for shoes, coats etc

The course need to be undated and cleaned better . The wait time after check in (when have a big party )

I was. But the womens toilette times 2 were backed up due to insufficient water pressure when flushing. That is the only problem. Some mild communication issues throughout the process that was easily corrected as far as the party planning room and orders placed.
