Great checking in for the party. Easy set up and a lot of help.

Ease of checking in for each guest. Party helper was nice to have help serve food and drinks. Delivery of gifts to the party room was very helpful! Pizza was delicious.

I was able to enjoy the kids and not have to do anything. The staff was very nice and helpful. The party time was a great length and we were able to get plenty of time jumping and eating

Great experience. Not only did the children have an absolute blast, but all the adults got to participate and have fun too. Our host was absolutely lovely, the birthday room was perfect. Thank you for totally making my son's birthday!

We had a birthday party with mainly autistic kids jumping. From the start of planning the party everyone was so helpful. They recommended the best days and times for us. When we arrived we pretty much had the whole hour of jumping for ourselves which was great for the autistic kids. They turned the music down for us accommodated us everywhere they could. Our party host even brought in sensory items from her home for the kids to use. That was very thoughtful and nice. A lot of the kids used them. Everyone at the party could not stop talking about how great everyone was and how everything turned out. Thank you so much for making this day special and helpful for us. It means a lot.

The staff were very helpful in planning the party, setting up and being attentive to our needs. Taylor and Corky did an amazing job assisting us. I really enjoyed myself overall too.

Our hostess went above and beyond while we were in the party room. She anticipated our needs and was incredibly helpful with the entire experience. She interacted with the kids well and I was very impressed at the care she took with our youngest. I hope you know what a great job she did.

The staff was excellent. Nothing more to say about it

We were genuinely greeted upon arrival. The entire staff made sure we received whatever we asked for in a timely manner. We weren't bombarded with overly aggressive friendliness.
