Our party host was AMAZING! I totally forget her name tho. She answered all of our questions, attended to us in a timely manner, helped with everything we needed. She was just GREAT!

Jacob was an excellent party host. The party guests were pleased with his interaction with them. He was attentive and helpful. We loved not wearing masks and we loved seeing employees without masks.

Roy was a great attendant to our party! He was right on time, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Mary and our party host micheal I think his name was we’re awesome! We definitely will do more parties at skyzone the kids had a blast!

My birthday host was amazing. He was knowledgable and knew what he was doing and how to make it easier on everyone around him.

Amazing experience overall. The party was easy to plan and have. The party person we had was a great sport with our large group of girls and helping us have a seamless experience.

The guy who was our party helper worked so hard to make the day easier for this mom.

Overall, the experience was great! Having a room instead of a table made it a lot easier to manage the party, which was unclear from the reservation we had. My only complaint is the booking process is ambigious as to what is available in each of the packages and what is additional. I also believe that the drink policy is somewhat confusing. I ended up purchasing drinks through FuelZone because I was under the impression I did not have drinks but I ended up having use of the soda machine in the room. These options could be explained better and allowing people to bring in outside drinks, as long as its sealed from the store should be acceptable.

The party host was great. I would have liked more Time for jump and less in the party room
