Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable and not pushy

Loved the service. Kelly was very helpful and professional, I would recommend dreams to family and friends. Kelly explained different beds very easy and simple for me to understand which made the experience in Dreams a whole lot better! 😃

When we walked in to the dreams in carmarthen we didn't think we would find what we wanted just becuase of the lack of ottoman beds we could see however the sales assistant was brilliant at pointing out what we wanted he was super friendly and helped us find the perfect fit for us. I think his name was Steve?

Staff, Lee, very helpful and friendly. He did not try to persuade us to buy the most expensive mattress available, but listened to our requirements, eventually led us to the item most suitable for our needs. He gave us plenty of time to contemplate on our option, which we returned to the store to purchase.

When I went into the store I was greeted by Dan and Kelly. I knew which bed frame I wanted to order but wanted to try the mattress I had seen online. Dan encouraged me to use the sleepmatch to determine which mattress would suit me and then took the time to show me my options. He was very informative on the prices, lifespan, and the benefits of each one. This really helped me to make my decision to spend more than I had originally intended to spend and I felt really comfortable with my decision at the end. When setting up the finance, Dan took the time to ensure all my details were correct, and took the time to make sure the delivery would be at the right address. He then gave me all my options for insurance, bed building and recycling and explained each one thoroughly. I'm very happy with the service I received in store, working in sales myself I know the pressure to make a sale, but I didn't feel like Dan was trying to sell me anything at all, he just seemed to show concern for my needs. Both Dan and Kelly chatted to me throughout and it was a very nice atmosphere to be in. Thanks guys :)

The assistant kelly was very welcoming and very knowledgeable and polite. Made us feel at ease made us tea and coffee kelly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome over all very very satisfied 😌 😊
