Staff were friendly and helpful.

All round excellent service, staff and products. Kelly, our salesperson went through the whole sleep process with us including Sleepmatch. We knew that the products we wanted weren’t cheap and Kelly acknowledged this several times while emphasising the quality products we would be buying. We were well looked after with the offer of drinks whilst in the store and we were happy to receive our pillows which were included in our deal. Kelly did a fantastic job and we are pleased that we decided to choose your high quality products.

We were seen to straight away. Immediately asked what we were looking for. Had the salesman attention the whole time.

Kelly was a dream to deal with, it's just so satisfying to deal with a member of staff who clearly knows her products but is also very passionate about the products she's selling. I would be very happy to recommend Dreams but in particular this store and Kelly.

We were impressed by the technology used to work out which type of mattress would be suitable for both of us. We were not rushed, and given various options, with an obvious knowledge about the mattresses. We were given time to think about and try out the various mattresses. This was a big investment and we needed to be sure we were making the right decision and the help we recieved gave us that confidence.

We were looking around when approached by your young man who was very helpful. He took us through all of the available options explaining the difference between the makes. He allowed us to try several and helped us find exactly what we wanted in our price range. A very helpful young man.

We found that our experience at this store offered us the perfect level of assistance to help us select a suitable mattress. The sales assistant Kelly was on hand to offer advice and guidance but was not too pushy or intrusive. We were initially just investigating the range of mattresses that are currently available and intended to just try out a few to choose, we soon realized that it quite a task so we're most glad that Kelly helped us.
