We were greeted by Steve in the Carmarthen branch as soon as we began looking at the products. We were offered to try sleepmatch which helped us narrow down our needs and what we were happy with. We were also given pillows to try when trying out the mattresses and offered a drink whilst discussing the products and ordering. As part of the deal of the tempur mattress we ordered, we were given two free pillows worth £95 each! Also given a great offer on the accidental damage cover and a free mattress protector if we purchased the insurance at a reduced price of £35. As we are building our own home, we also were given the option of selecting a suitable delivery date that worked well for us. Happy customer. Thank you.

As we entered the shop there was sanitizer by door, we spent a couple of minutes looking around first before Steve greeted us to ask if we were ok or if we needed help, I prefer that way to others as other shops don’t give you a chance to look first, they just hound you! We then explained what we were looking for and Steve recommended us to try the sleepmaster bed, it printed our a list of beds in which we chose the second option. When we purchased the bed and mattress we thought delivery would be next year as it’s so close to Christmas, but we were even happier with it being so soon! Thank you very much 👌

We were helped by Kelly who talked us through all of our requirements and we were shown all products suitable for our needs and we chose the bed and mattress suitable for our selves. Kelly was very friendly and explained everything to us in great detail.We are very pleased with the service we received.

My wife and i visited your Carmarthen store.On arrival your manager Lee greeted us in a very friendly manner.He explained and helped my wife choose the tempour mattress with great patience. We are very grateful for his help
