Very pleased with the shop assistant. He was extremely helpful and it was made easy for me to decide on my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Refreshing change these days! The shop was very clean and orderly. Easy to find everything I wanted to see. Also everything was clearly priced. All in all a very good experience.

We were greeted by a lovely assistant - Lee- who took an enormous amount of time to explain the different qualities of the mattresses and who ensured we bought the mattress that suited our needs

Steve was a highly knowledgeable staff member who helped us find what we needed and was friendly and open. Very satisfied.

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and did not put any pressure on us, once armed with all the relevant information we were left alone to make our own decision to purchase. I would highly recommend the Carmarthen store

The customer service was outstanding and I felt my needs were met. The person who served me was extremely helpful and allowed me to have as much time as I needed to pick my mattress. I was offered water a number of times. I cannot fault the service that was provided to me at all.
