Brilliant member of staff wirh great knowledge on the product we were purchasing. Helped us choose the correct matress and he was informative. Made the experience less stressful.

I was greeted by the friendly face of Kelly who devoted her complete attention to me and my needs; there was no rushing, no disappearing to do other things, just undivided assistance. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish, well done!

My partner I came in to find a mattress, we had never bought one new before so the process was new to us. The store was clean and welcoming, staff took no time to greet us and find out what we were looking for. A lot of care was taken in helping us choose and we were well informed of different mattresses/finance options available. The buying process was smooth and overall we had a very good buying experience here.

The customer service was excellent by Kelly such a lovely lady. She was very knowledgable about the mattresses and helped me purchase the one suitable for me as I have a number of health issues.She offered me and my wife a bottle of water or a cup of tea which I thought was very nice. I would definitely recommend Dreams Carmarthen to family and friends. I felt very satisfied leaving the shop. Diolch 😊
