Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy for a sale

I can Highly recommend Lee, we have been in on two occasions we have been into the shop. The first time we went in we tried the sleep mattress and it assessed what mattress would be suitable which helped us the second time we went in to purchase a mattress. Lee was very accommodating and spent plenty of time with us.

treated courteously and with no typical sales pressure, I made the point of only visiting store when it was empty of customers during covid controls, the only slight downside was that the pillow supplied to try out mattress was not "to my knowledge or sight" sanitised before i used it. The salesman was knowledgeable and dealt with my requests and purchase proficiently.

itraveld 45 miles to your store after being told at Haverfordwest in Carpet right that i would not get a carpet delivered before Xmas. Plus the help at dreams was fantastic. Very professional.

Lee was very helpful. We felt listened to. We did not feel any pressure to make quick decisions just friendly advice and guidance which we appreciated. We felt we could take our time to make our decision and we felt well informed. We did not have long to wait for the delivery and we were especially happy to hear that Dreams organises a recycling service. We felt safe in the store as regards social distancing and health and safety.
