When entry of store two sales team greated with kindness. We were shown a machine where would try for couples on a mattress test. We were asked if we wanted bottles of water. Lee in the carmarthen store was explaining each mattress and shown us a very good mattress which would be suitable for my children...

treated courteously and with no typical sales pressure, I made the point of only visiting store when it was empty of customers during covid controls, the only slight downside was that the pillow supplied to try out mattress was not "to my knowledge or sight" sanitised before i used it. The salesman was knowledgeable and dealt with my requests and purchase proficiently.

itraveld 45 miles to your store after being told at Haverfordwest in Carpet right that i would not get a carpet delivered before Xmas. Plus the help at dreams was fantastic. Very professional.
