Staff are helpful and pleasant. I never have to wait. They always offer to carry heavy seed bags to my car. Store is always well stocked and organized.

The store has a wonderful atmosphere and many different types of products for the bird lover. I puchased seed, calendar and wind chime.

The merchandise is everything I could want for my birds as well as for giving gifts to other birders. I like Jack's Monday column in the Marin IJ, his new book, and the birding walks he scheduled before COVID hit. It's a treat to shop at Wild Birds!

Your people know a lot and look at my pictures.also can answer my questions and if one can’t they will find someone who can. I can get a good bird seed cheaper at Cost Co. and do but you provide much more in variety and know how.~~~~~~~~Andy

Staff consistently helpful, friendly. Also staff explained that I no longer have to bring in discount coupons, etc. They are stored in your computer.

The quality of merchandise is very high. But in addition, during the visit the owner and I had a very helpful conversation about suet feeders. The upshot is that I returned a few days later to buy one. He was not there, but the staff present were very helpful.
