You had the items I needed for a Christmas present in stock and the counter clerk was nice enough to give me one of your boxes (which would have been recycled) to use as a box to wrap the presents in. I got a humming bird feeder, nectar and preservative, they all fit perfectly in the box. Thank you!

I love the kind courteous attention and the knowledge of the staff. Every time I come to the store I am greeted with friendliness and an opportunity to chat about the shared experiences of the fellow "birders". I love this store and the high quality products.

Two different staff members helped me choose a wild bird cage. Both were knowledgeable, friendly and wanted to answer all my questions so I could make a good choice. Still, I bought a bird house that, when I came home, I found wouldn't work well in the location under the eaves. So when I brought it back, they allowed me to exchange and purchase another.

I was impressed with the knowledge of the saleswoman who worked with me and my daughter. I was buying a gift for my daughter - a hummingbird feeder, and the saleswoman gave excellent advice and suggestions. My daughter was buying me a pair of binoculars as a gift and the saleswoman (I’m sorry I did not get her name!) explained how to use the binoculars extremely well. My daughter lives in San Rafael and I live in Virginia so unfortunately, I will not be able to visit the store often - I wish I could. I am hoping that my daughter will enjoy the hummingbird feeder and that I may be able to encourage her to get a larger feeder in the future. I have enjoyed reading the information on the store’s website about birding areas in Marin County. An excellent experience!
