I normally shop at the Pleasant Hill store, but since they are temporarily closed I shopped at the Novato store to pick up hopper and tube feeders and a few other things. The staff people were really friendly and competent. Their expertise inspires confidence in the WBU products I purchased. Such nice people!

As always, it was easy to place the order, and we got exactly what we wanted/needed, and quickly too. All of the staff is friendly, super-knowledgeable, and efficient--they make shopping here a great experience! A special shout-out to Jennifer--in our many visits, she has helped educate us about birds, bird feed, bird feeders, and binoculars. Great!

When I was a beginner birder, I received a lot of helpful information on feeders and seeds. Hot Pepper products stopped squirrels immediately. Food choices for birds are high quality. Jack Gedney leads seminars and has helped in selecting two pairs of binoculars and sent two to be repaired.
