I ordered over the phone to send a gift. I had to make two calls because I discovered I did not have the correct address. In both calls the representative was friendly and knowledgeable. They also had the information at hand so we could pick up where I had left off with the precious associate. It was very easy to purchase my gift!

I love your store! It's wonderful to have such a great resource for people who appreciate birds. I also appreciate the discounts available with membership. The staff has been very helpful. Also you have so many free resources.

With every visit, I am “welcomed in” by everyone who is not engaged with another customer. I am always asked if I need assistance, if there is anything else I might need and this trip I was reminded that my membership had expired and would I like to renew it. Of course I would! And for my reward, given a gift for my backyard birds. As usual, they offered to carry my heavy seed bag to my car. They are the best!

The selection of bird food and feeders. Also, the staff is so helpful and willing to talk about things that I had no idea about regarding birds in our area. They were also knowledgable with the binoculars!

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and I love that they impart their knowledge when you have a question. I also like that they help carry your stuff to the car.

I feel if you join the club it should apply to all stores. Every insider shopping club I've ever belonged to does this. It is crazy to have to pay again to be a member at another store, especially when my store is out of stock on the items I purchased.
