The staff is very knowledgeable about birds and all of their merchandise. One associate by the name of Jennifer always greets us and knows us by name. Occasionally, we are lucky enough to see the manager, we learn even more about our feathered friends. Birds Unlimited is more than just a bird store. It’s a place where we learn from people who can answer your questions and relay to us valuable knowledge and advice.

The items I need are always available. The staff is helpful and the store’s location is very convenient for me.

I have been shopping here for many years and I am highly satisfied with the quality of the store, both in merchandise and in customer service. The only thing I have ever been dissatisfied with is the sunflower seed - when the seed has been minced into pieces that are too tiny. I report it to the staff, who I feel should complain to the processing company or middleman or whomever. It causes me to go elsewhere to buy my sunflower seed until the problem is corrected. But that is the only problem I have ever had - the rest of the time it is a real pleasure to go into that store - and I do enjoy buying the other gift merchandise they have - it is an appealing selection.
