The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and they take time out to ensure we are finding what we need and to answer any questions. We have several kids, and they all love going in.

Efficient courteous and knowledgeable

There was just a 5 lb. and 20 lb. bag of the peanut bird food and I wanted a 10 lb. bag. The store cashier said I could get 2 5 lb. bags for the price of the 10 lb. bag. This was a great solution and I was very happy with the customer service.

There’s always plenty of items to look at which I enjoy. The bird food I buy is always Available and the people working there are pleasant and helpful.

I am always satisfied at this store and look forward to shopping there. Staff are great and I can always find what I need plus other items of interest. Phil was my cashier today and he was super sweet. Not only took my heavy bag of seed out to my car, but once it was placed inside the trunk he pulled close the cargo cover for me. Really appreciate the kindness and attention. Have referred several friends to this store and they are now “regulars” too.

I am a many-years long-time customer. WBU has been very consistent across these years giving good service and having trust-worthy bird food, feeders, and supplies. One suggestion: If possible, please offer, again, brushes suitable to clean the 1 cup capacity (canister-style) glass hummingbird feeders. The neck on these feeders is quite narrow; width of brush needs to be no wider than 1 inch across to be able to squeeze in the neck plus the usual flexibility of the wire - needs to be at least 9 inches long to reach the bottom the feeder.
