Always friendly. Always clean. Always well stocked. Always personable. Never rushing me. And best of all, always listening! I commented on a live camera video they had playing. We talked about it a bit while I was checking out. Then... when I got home, I found they had sent me a link to the live cam! Such a nice surprise. Such a lovely staff and store and experience. Every time.

I bought a new bird feeder, branching out from just a suet feeder. The staff explained the different styles and helped me select the style best for my location

It was fine. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the shelled peanuts (20 lbs bag of peanut pickouts). They are expensive and I expect better quality from WBU. The last bag I purchased had lots of black and dark brown peanuts. The birds will not eat them. The new bag I purchased has fewer but there is still more than there should be.
