The people are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Notes were in the system about a previous question and it was answered. Alternatives were given when what I wanted was not available.

Kathleen and Jill are always so courteous, helpful and friendly - ready to answer any questions I have about the various critters I love to feed and care for...it's always fun to visit the store to see what new things they carry - many in support of international an minority enterprises...a wild jewel!!!
