The price is a deterrent for shopping there frequently. They do have a lot of things that are specific, so more like a specialty store.

The only negative was that I went in to use a birthday coupon for 20% but because we have the discount membership, i only received 5%. I just thought the coupon was rather misleading, resulting in disappointment.

I paid for no mess plus but the person who carried it to my car grabbed no mess lm. So I’ll have to remember to say something next time I’m in.

It was an exceptionally busy time of day and I don't like shopping in crowded stores.

I've been to this store on several occasions and with the exception of two visits, my experience has been not great. My last visit I came to return a pole that goes on a wrought iron system because it wouldn't stay and it was slipping. The young lady who helped me found another branch that she said did fit (because it was fitting on the display in the store). So, instead of refunding me my money, she did an exact exchange which is not what I was asking for and she did it without asking me. The time before, there was an older guy who was working (with his kid there?) and he made an off colored remark and joke about my last name as it was a comical movie reference for him. This was deeply disappointing to me; not to mention rude, racist and disrespectful. I'm pretty sure no one is walking into your stores making these derogatory remarks to your employees. Do better.

I had told the clerk that I bought a huge bag of birdseed last year that the birds wouldn't eat so it was likely bad. I asked if I could get a discount on the bag I was buying. She said No. I felt that since I spent a lot of $ on the 20 lb bag that the birds wouldn't eat they should at least take a little off the bag I was buying. I told her I could bring back the big bag to show her. I was not happy.

I visit this store from time to time for a gift for someone else and they never disappoint. The staff is always caring and take time to speak with me and answer my questions patiently. I love this store. I want to purchase one of the hand tuned wind chimes on my next visit .... for myself. Thank you!!!!!!
