Can have some confidence in the quality of the seeds, suet, and related feeder products with respect to purity, i.e., lack of pesticide contamination that might be toxic to birds, insects such as bees, and small forest animals that visit feeders. Yes, costs more, but the stakes are high as so much natural habitat is destroyed or converted into "over-processed" landscapes.

Friendly staff, always great product, nice to shop and see any new items. Have recommended to friends and family.

Love the people and the products. Been coming here since the store's opening. I put "satisfied" with selection because of the pandemic supply chain issues, which is not the fault of anyone here.

Their product in which I purchase is usually always in stock. I shop for our birds, squirrels & hummers. Always friendly & knowledgeable when i have questions.

The bird seed doesn't germinate

As always, very satisified with the helpfullness of the staff. This time they help me select a different kind of bird seed, being that they were out of my normal. They also replaced a suction cup of one of my humming bird feeders that had gone bad. I love the store and employees.

The staff go out of their way to be friendly, helpful and attentive without being pushy. Several are extremely knowledgeable about our birds and helped me with ID on more than one occasion. Attracetive store that is friendly and fun to visit.

Was assisted in taking heavy bag to the car. Was told about savings plan which will save me money n future.
