The woman who helped me was super helpful and went over the different options of bird houses and food for the type of bird my son is most interested in. She was patient and seemed to really enjoy working at the store and talking about birds.

First I am treated like their only customer.. they customized to help and advise on my needs. Not just general info. Second this is May and my birthday was in February, I’ve been a customer for quite some time so clerk/ owner said we should have given you 20% off on a purchase for your birthday, then did so well past my birthdate. Surprised was my reaction what store does this? Another time the red dye came off a glass hummingbird feeder. I just bought it and my hands turned red filling it up first time. They took it right back and gave me store credit because I had no time to shop.

My orders always fill quickly and are delivered in a timely matter. People at the store when I go in person to shop are always friendly.

great products, the birds love it. With our neighbor's cat sitting under the bird feeder most days, the bird food is slowly being consumed. Thus the trips to your store has decreased.

I called about a replacement part to the Brome squirrel buster bird feeder that I had. I had measured the feeder and looked up the name of the part and as it turned out, Wild Birds Unlimited happed to have the part I needed. I visited the store and they not only gave me the part but replaced it on my feeder. So thoughtful and helpful!

It is just a great place to shop and get questions answered. I bought for the first time a woodpecker "suet" block and asked if the flickers would use it. I was told yes they would by they do not. Maybe my flickers are just too spoiled.

We bought our bird feeder and squirrel cage from Wild Birds and they have fixed loose springs for us three times. I've also found really unique gifts and accessories AND the people who work there always make me feel special!!!!!
