I have always been satisfied with the service at WBU. I have a feeling you are under new ownership, because there were new people in the store the last time we were in, perhaps thats why we are getting this survey. The store is always clean and very well organized and have very nice special merchandise besides the bird seed.

Clean, bright store with numerous displays. Employee friendly, knowledgeable. What else to ask for?

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. We are older, and one of the employees insisted on taking our bags of bird food out to the car for us. Greatly appreciated her help!
