Staff’s suggestions and their knowledge

Both members of the staff I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me select an appropriate gift for someone and not only answered my questions but were able to give me a small free tool to clean the feeding holes in my hummingbird feeder.

They suggest stuff, explain product, keep track of what I’ve bought (I have a very short term memory, sometimes!) and help carry stuff to my car!

My favorite person was “on duty” that day….Kathleen….She always makes my experience special and is very informative if I have any questions. I have recommended this store to several friends and they now shop there too. Keeping my backyard birds happy has lifted my spirits during these Covid years…great therapy!

Loved that you had in stock what had been advertised

The staff are always so kind and friendly, I made an additional purchase in store and they helped me find the right product in addition to my online order. I've stopped feeding as much because of rats (even hot pepper doesn't deter them) so I miss being a more regular customer. Every time I visit the store it's a delight!

Rhonda personally delivered the birdseed to my front door, amazing! (I don’t have a car and it’s an insanely long bus ride.) She also delivered to my front door the last time (I think it was maybe a year ago?), fantastic service! The person on the phone was also incredibly helpful and friendly (sorry, I didn’t get her name!) Thank you all at Wild Birds, you’re awesome! And thank you to Rhonda for me, please :)
