All the things you just asked about. The store is neat, clean, well organized. The clerk was friendly, had time to talk to me for a few minutes. Just a pleasant experience all around.

Store is not that convenient to get to. I was out of seed and wondered if online shopping was an option. It was and was very easy! Order was received very quickly. I liked that I was virtually shopping at my home store in Burien. Since I was, I was already in the computer system which made the ordering process extremely easy.

Perfer shopping @ a local retail for my bird & squirrel needs. Also they have a great selection of merchandise, a lot support the environment, animal & mammal organizations. The staff is always friendly & knowledgeable if I have a question. To me the minute I walk in it feels inviting.
