Everyone was so helpful and friendly.. The bird feeder I wanted is no longer available but the staff quickly showed me a very acceptable alternative and I am very happy with it.

The salesperson was attentive, knowledgable, and willing to answer questions. She also helped me to change the phone & birthday on the account as my dad is no longer with us. High quality seed premixed. I could by individual seed types and blend and mix my own. I have done. It is time consuming. This is easier.

They are always stocked with the product I am buying. If I have a question about foods, birds or squirrels they are very informative about my particular questions. I also like they have other items of interest to look at & purchase. It is just a fun store.
