Rhonda has been delivering to me for several years now. I love her and her willingness to go above and beyond. When she heard my father passed away, she brought me a card and meaningful small gift to express her condolences. (He had lived with me for several years, which is why I could not shop in-person) I cannot ask for better customer service and caring. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the bird species and what I have needed over the years to make my bird haven beyond successful!

The Manager came out and explained all about the feeders, which helped me greatly. The cashier was friendly and professional. Overall, the store was inviting, friendly, and a fun experience!

The staff are highly knowledgeable and alway curious as to any new birding adventures we’ve had. It’s always nice to visit .

The WBU store we usually go to was closed on Sunday so decided to go to the Burien one…..super nice people, lots of products

Staff explained the various seed blends, had all my favorites in stock. Friendly service.

I've been hospitalized recently and was not able to get out to pickup food for my backyard menagerie - was thrilled that I could get the nuts delivered so my squirrely friends would not have to look elsewhere!! =)

Customer service

Always friendly. Always clean. Always well stocked. Always personable. Never rushing me. And best of all, always listening! I commented on a live camera video they had playing. We talked about it a bit while I was checking out. Then... when I got home, I found they had sent me a link to the live cam! Such a nice surprise. Such a lovely staff and store and experience. Every time.
