I love the store and the people plus all the different merchandise to choose from. They have the best manager that's ever been there!!

This time when I ordered the web site was not able to complete my order so I ordered by phone. The staff always does a great job for me with whatever I need and my orders are quickly processed and shipped promptly.

I had a coupon and bird bucks, and the cashier suggested i use coupon, since it would expire and the bird bucks do not expire. All employees are so friendly and helpful!

When I go into the store it’s always someone I know who has lots of experience with the merchandise and knowledge about local birds. Everyone is always super friendly.
