Probably the only retail store that I can walk into and the staff know my name. No phone number look up, or anything. No matter how long it has been since my last visit. And it is the same people every time. That's rare in retail. Which means they love their job. If they served coffee or tea, I would probably just hang out there for a while watching the Cornell Bird Cam they have on in the background.

The staff well informed on the merchandise and friendly.

The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel like family. It is fun to go in and share our backyard adventures with the staff.
