The staff is always happy to see us come in, right away they ask if we need help finding anything and always offer to carry our stuff to the car. Always answer questions I have. Super knowledgeable!

Tim and Jolene don't just answer questions. They anticipate them and ask me about things I hadn't thought of--like whether any birds had started a nest or whether I'd set up a hummingbird feeder yet. I feel like I'm part of a club for birders! They've enhanced my enjoyment of birding by several fold!
