Your sales people are well qualified and knowledge. If someone is new, they ask or pass you to someone more seasoned. Ty is such an asset to your store—he’s the best of the best! I’m so happy to hear on your VM that you’ve added an emergency number to the end of your recording with phone number to emergency help in case you have a bird crisis and need help. It’s so helpful when you can’t even speak bc you’re crying so hard to help your backyard bird in crisis-I called your 2 people and was calmed down by the person on the phone, so that when I went out to carry out what she’d told me to do, I found that my bird had apparently recovered and went on his way. I was so happy he wasn’t hurt like I’d thought.
