The entire staff is always very friendly and willing to help. The birds and squirrels enjoy everything I get. I used to buy my stuff at big box store, but the difference is night and Day. Now my dad is enjoying the benefits of the food. He sits in the window and enjoys the birds.

The sales clerk was friendly and what I was looking for is sometimes hard to find and I don’t like to order on line so finding what I was looking for was great and checking out was fast.

I am always welcomed with a smile and quickly taken care of.

The great thing about WBU is that whomever is working there really seems to know their stuff. I can ask them weird questions about birds as I try to become a 'better birder", and they always have helpful answers. I've learned to time my visits so that they are not out of my favorite items by the end of the week. Its the best bird store around!

Birds luke the food, husband likes that the fallen seed does not sprout

DP No-Mess Blend satisfies almost all of my birds - except for the Northern Flickers. They like park of the blend, but flick a lot of it away with their beak. Thankfully, a tray at the bottom of the feeder collects most of the stuff they reject and others come and clean up their mess :-). Also buy Sunflower chips at the Keene store. That's the best "no-mess" feed :-)
