Deborah was the ultimate hostess. She treated me as if I was in her own home! I actually thought she was the owner, and was surprised to find out she was not. We hit it off immediately, though while I was there, it seemed she hit it off with EVERYBODY that walked in! This woman rocks. She is a party in a box. She really helped me to have a grand time, and when I entered the store, I was dreading shopping. She gave me time to write out my Christmas list, but was there to provide options and 100% present when it was time to wrap, pay, and get to the car. This woman deserves a raise. She should at least be manager of the store! You have a treasure here! She totally made my day! I even opened an account because I love everything about this place. Thank you for this divine Christmas present of Deborah and her service. It is just what I needed!

The customer service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. She went into the system and used my rewards bucks...didn't have to ask her to check...her name was Dee Dee. Nice friendly lady.
