Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. Greeted me right away and asked if I needed guidance. Although I knew what I was most likely purchasing, he was able to answer a question for clarification of feed type and insured I found what I was looking for. DD was also working and has been integral in helping me 'set up' my bird feeding area. Knowledgeable about what birds need for different times of year and how to encourage their coming to the feeders. Super friendly and able to answer questions for me as I'm learning about bird feeding.

We came in looking for a new pole and bird feeder for our backyard. Employees were a great help in explaining the difference between feeders and how to best build out a new system for us. We didn’t feel “upsold” either which is very important to us. They were also very friendly and we enjoyed talking about birding in general.
