Wild Birds Unlimited

Like I’ve said the last 2 times I’ve been here, the new owners are short, not friendly, not helpful and have an air of superiority! They talk down to me and others and make it difficult to shop there.. answering a simple question brings negativity and hostility.. they don’t seem to know what they are doing and are doing a terrible job faking it!! I’m done!! I will tell everyone on social media in my area to find another option for feeding our birds! It’s close and has been my go to for years but no more!! They are not what most people want when shopping .. they don’t offer to carry your multi bags fibers to the car and I’m 68 years old.. ( curb loading doesn’t cut it!!) the last owners knew how to run a business and build a fun, friendly, inviting place to shop!!

The Management team and Staff are first class. Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful to get you what you need. Can't say enough about my experience.

The prices are higher than any other store. I purchased a bird bath here that is sold also at lowes for half the price. Birds unlimited $119 and lowes $52. Big price difference! It looked liked the owner of the store purchased it from lowes and didn’t like it and decided to sell it at their store. Also the bird bath had the year date 2006 on the bird bath from bird unlimited.

I did NOT say I was not satisfied.
