I'm always greeted when I come to the store. The staff always offer to carry my purchases to my car or meet me curbside. I tried to replace the broken top to a birdbath & the owner called me personally to let me know the company was having difficulty filling orders. I really appreciate the personal attention I receive each time I come to the store. I purchase bird seed at least twice a month. I have also attended and enjoyed the silent auction and bird exhibition exhibition.

The blond lady that waited on me was very engaging and helpful in my choosing my birdhouse.

The person who assisted me in the store was great. She was very knowledgeable about the store merchandise anfd helped me find exactly what I needed. She as also very knowledgeable about wild birds in general and was abe to answer all my questions.
