I have subscribed to the $25 annual membership which is supposed to give a discount on the food items bought from WBU. Even though we gave our account details, didn’t get the discount.

I was disappointed that the other retail options were not discounted like the seed was.. I had several gifts to buy but because your products are marked up so high and they would take the discount I chose to order THE SAMW THING AS WAS IN YOUR STORE from Amazon and other similar stores online and get much better pricing. I know your stores are privately owned and that other stores DO discount their items - maybe not all the time but more often than you do- and no one offered to let us know if these items would’ve we be a better price here.... good bird seed but I can shop at Pikes or Plow and Hearth and get better gift choices for less money... would like to buy local and small store but high prices keep me from it..

Sold me a baffle that was claimed to keep a chipmunk away from the feeder. Nope. I am returning the baffle. Also, I noticed in the receipt that my membership in the rewards program wasn't recognized so I was not given the discount or credit to bird bucks. ARGH! Will deal with that when I return the baffle.

Didn’t realize until leaving store that my discount wasn’t applied- I will go back in soon to get it rectified.

Every time I happen to present a coupon at this store, it's rejected. Understandably, this concern has no bearing on the store itself nor is it directed at towards the staff. But rather its more of an issue with how your promotional email campaigns are designed. If you want my business, then I would suggest extended the life of marketing deals. Unlike a grocery store, I'm unlikely to be shopping for bird seed every week, maybe once a month. So maybe extend the shelf life of your promotions to recognize the traffic. If I'm being honest, the price for bird seed at WBU is too high. This ultimately will be the reason for my departure as a customer.

The new owners are not very friendly or helpful.. they certainly my don’t offer many sales, discounts , good deals like the last owner did.. my girlfriend went to her store last week and all members got a VERY NICE gift… no gifts here.. they also have a 40% off in her store- 15% in mine- for all Xmas products.. the last owners ALWAYS offered to carry my Prichard to the car- even if it was a small purchase.. this owner stood and watched me struggle while trying to carry out a 20 pound bag of bird food with 3 other things I bought.. didn’t even open the door for me.. wasn’t helping another person either.. just very stale and dry.. I’ll look for another Wild bird store and decide later whether to renew my membership again..

I paid $25 a year for a membership. The rebates are little scraps of paper written by hand. You always survey me and I always say that the rebate should be applied to my account automatically but instead you gamble that your customers won't have this slip of paper and won't get their rebate. I have dropped program ($25 lost) and will buy my seed elsewhere, even if I have to mix it myself ($53 a bag x 8 bags a year = $424). If you're going to be as expensive as you are, you should do a better job of customer service instead of relying on "poor small store owner" pity.

The store I normally shop out was out of what I needed. So they sent me to the other one owned by the same person. They didn't give me credit for my points my bird bugs they couldn't even figure out my membership.I'd like to try to support local businesses but they need to make it easier.Instead of making it easy for me to shop at either location they make it hard.

I had a birthday discount coupon but was not allowed to go into the store to choose an item, so I told the sales guy to just apply it to the order. He took the coupon but didn't apply it to the order. I didn't realize it until I got home. Most stores in the area are at least allowing a limited number of customers inside at this time.
