I believe prices are a bit high

Nothing in particular. Being fall, I thought your selections were limited on fountains .

the staff were very friendly and attentive, but seemed not to have knowledge of all items in the store. We asked about an item and were told that they were not aware of it. However, when my wife was browsing, she found exactly what we were looking for. There is the possibility that we were not clear with our question.

The store has a great selection and is conveniently located next to my grocery store but is rather pricy

Checkout had problems. Couldn't get terminal to work. Frequent buyer plan has too many rules, not sure I'm getting my money's worth. Not sure about the credits I get, I must keep paper to use the credits, you can't just look them up? I question the value proposition as a customer. Prices are high.

I'm highly satisfied other than I believe your prices are pretty high compared with other places that sell bird seed.

Had what I wanted. Staff was helpful in selecting the merchandise that I wanted. However, I discovered that there was no receipt in the bag when I opened it at home.

I ordered an item from another store and they forgot to pick it up so when I went back, it was not at the store but they were so gracious and shipped it to me. Thanks!

Great merchandise and easy to find. Cleaness of the store.
